Triathlon swimming: 1,5m, Tisza lake, 2 laps
Expected water temperature at 21-24 ° C.
Limit time: 50 minutes to start cycling

Triathlon cycling: 40km, 1 lap
Next to Tisza lake. The bicycle road has excellent asphalt, no elevation difference.
Limit time: 2 hours 30 minutes to start running or kayaking.

Triathlon running: 10km, 5 laps
A good quality dirt road and on the asphalt road, there is no elevation difference.
Limit time: 5 hours 15 minutes

Quadrathlon swimming: 750m, Tisza lake, 1laps
Expected water temperature at 21-24 ° C.
Limit time: 30 minutes to start cycling

Quadrathlon cycling: 20km, 1lap
Next to Tisza lake. The bicycle road has excellent asphalt, no elevation difference.
Limit time: 1 hours 30 minutes to start running or kayaking.

Quadrathlon - Kayak: 4,5km, 3laps
In Tisza-Lake.
Limit time: 2 hours 15 minutes to start running

Quadrathlon running: 4km, 2laps
A good quality dirt road and on the asphalt road, there is no elevation difference.
Limit time: 3 hours finish

Timing is done by Korido.
There is a 2000HUF deposit for the race tags.

Refreshments
Water bottles at 20km on the bike.
On the running course at every lap: water, cookies, banana, isotonic drinks, chocolate, sandwich, etc.

Prize: 
Every competitor who finishes the triathlon will receive a medal and a certificate.

The competition will be awarded medals and gift packages for 1 to 3 medalists of male and female contestants on the basis of age groups.

Triathlon licence: We accept the license of foreign competitors obtained in their own country.

Regulations

• The triathlon race is regulated by the Hungrarian Triathlon Association (MTSZ). Rules for the accessories: VIII. chapter 42. §, 45. §, 51. §
• The quadrathlon races is regulated by the World Quadrathlon Federation (WQF). Rules are presented on following link: http://wqf.quadrathlon.com/rules/

Drafting is strictly forbidden during the race!
Drafting rules are checked by motor cyclicts race marshalls across the cycling road.

There is a 2 minutes stop & go penalty for violating the drafting rules at the end of the cycling after leaving the transition area. If someone doesn't comply with the stop & go, then that person will be disqualified from the race.

It is forbidden to use a mobile phone, music devices and ear/headphones during the race. If someone violates this, that person will be disqualified from the race immediately.

Each athlete competes on the race on their own risk! The race organizers are not responsible for any demage caused by accidents!
